O'Neal ollered the following resolution and or- der Ior adoption: A RESOLUTION AND ORDER DECLARING THE INTEN- TION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF STONE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI TO ISSUE A TAX ANTICIPATION NOTRE IN THE AMOUNT OP $10,000.00 TO DEFRAY TIlE EXPENStS O THE COUN- TY. AS PROVIDED BY SEC- TION 2926-13 RECOMPILliID CODE OF 1942, AND RELAT- ED STATU TE-. Whereas, mere is  depletion of funds in the County Treasury to the credit of the General County Fund with which to pay the ex- penses of the County and there are no other funds in the C o u n t y Treasury available which may be lawlully appropriated and expend- ed for said purposes; and WHEREAS, the said Board of Supervisors Iinds and adjudicates that the expenses of the County, as aforesaid, witl not exceed the sum of $10,000.09 and that the said sun: of $1,000.00 shall not be in excess of twenty-five percent (25 percet) of the estimated amount of taxes collected and to be collected un- der the last preceding annual tax levy for the General County Fund; and WHEREAS, the Board is author- ized to borrow funds in anticipation of taxes and pledge the levy of a Sl.cial tax sufficient to pay the [amount borrowed, as provided by Section 2926-13, Recompiled Code of 1942 and other applicable laws: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE_ ] SOLVE AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF STONE COUNTY, MISSISSIP- PI AS YX)LIX)WS: Section 1.
