Whereupon, Supervisor Pearson offered and moved, the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE OFFERING FOR SALE OF A TAX ANTICIPATION PROMISSORY NOTE OF STONE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FOR HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($400,000) TO RAISE MONEY TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES OF STONE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, tN ANTICIPATION OF THE COLLECTION OF AD VALOREM TAXES DURING FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016.
